  • Located right where the happening is Laurant riad makes you feel at home and he is so naturally friendly like your uncle who always lived in morocco!
We were 3 friends and had the whole first floor to our selves, although the rooms conveniently fit 4 people. We went shopping for lunch in the traditional market with the maid, we cooked in the kitchen, we hanged out on the beautiful terrace for lunch and afternoon nap. A perfect Moroccan style living experience. Thank you Laurent !

  • We as a couple had a very pleasant and calm stay of 4 days. Riad is located very central, 10 minutes distance to the Jemnaa al Fna place. We had luck, because we were the only guests. Laurent was really helpful in all kinds of organisation. Even before our arrival he helped concerning taxi pick-up from airport and some nice excursions to Ourika Valley or renting a car to go on our own to the beach! His maid Saida prepared in the morning a delicious breakfast on the lovely roof terrace. We enjoyed our hazzle-free stay and can recommend it without any doubt.

  • We absolutely loved staying at Laurent's home - the location, the hospitality and comfort was spectacular. Mr. Laurent was incredibly helpful in getting us situated and we enjoyed breakfast on the rooftop deck every morning. Thank you!

  • My wife and I had a good stay with Laurent in Marrakech! His riad is located close to the main square, about 10 minutes walk, but on a quiet residential street. It can be difficult to find yourself, so I recommend you ask him to arrange transport from the airport. Inside, on the first floor, there is a double & single guest bedrooms, sitting room, and dining table area for guests to use. Laurent stays on the second floor of the riad. Continental-style breakfast is served on the roof terrace. There is no air conditioning but the rooms are naturally breezy - pack some thin pajamas. The bed is perfect for those who like medium to firm. Laurent had also provided two sets of towels for us in the bathroom! If you're sensitive to light when sleeping, bring an eye mask as it gets light in the bedroom quite early in Marrakech. Around the area, I can recommend two great restaurants that we tried during our stay - Kosybar and Mama Ti Lee, both just a few minutes walk away!

  • We have had a very good experience in this riad nested in the heart of the medina and at a walking distance of most of Marrakech monuments and attractions.
The owner Laurent has welcomed us very kindly and has been very helpful for the logistics.

  • We had a nice stay at Laurent's place in April! The Riad is situated near the main attractions, but is at the same time located in a calm and silent street which we appreciated. The Riad is just as nice as it shows in the picture. We would certainly stay at Laurent's place next time!

  • Thank you to Laurent for having us stay in his lovely riad. Conveniently located in the central medina near Djemaa el Fna it made for a perfect base to see the city. The wonderful roof terrace offered a welcome escape from the hustle and bustle of busy Marrakech. Highly recommended.

  • We did enjoy our stay very much. Laurent did arrange our way to & from the airport; the Rial is very beautiful decorated and located perfectly in waking distance to all main sights. Breakfast at the roof garden is a pure delight and we highly can recommend having a Moroccan dinner prepared by Saida - this for sure was on of the highlights out our stay

  • Laurent's home was located very close to the Jemaa El Fna square, right in the heart of the medina, on a relatively hassle-free street. We had the whole 1st floor to ourselves, with 2 bedrooms, bathroom and a sitting area, all decorated very nicely. We had breakfast on the sunny terrace, and once we had lunch at the riad cooked by the maid, Saida. We were interested in Moroccan cooking, so Saida showed us how to cook Lamb tagine (with preserved artichokes), and two salads. Even though we don't speak French, we did make a fun day out of it.
