We love sharing our home, and we respect our neighbors. Please note:

• No parties or loud gatherings
• No smoking or drug use (incl. marijuana)
• Quiet hours: 10 PM – 7 AM
• Street parking is available in front of the home. The garage is available for an additional fee.
• Rule violations = immediate eviction + $1000 fine
• Once a guest has checked in, we do not offer refunds for early checkout.

Guest access
You will have access to the entire house and deck space for a comfortable stay except for the locked owner's closet. Street parking is available in front of the home. The garage is available for an additional fee.

Other things to note
Pets are allowed on a case-by-case basis for an additional $100 pet rent fee. Our insurance provider does not accept certain breeds.

By booking, you accept responsibility for any damage/extra cleaning your dog causes during the stay. No dogs are left home alone unless crated. Please clean up after your pet. No pets are allowed on the furniture or in the pool.

• For your peace of mind, surveillance cameras are located around the exterior of the house (front porch, backyard facing garage). No inside cameras.
• Noise monitors outside the house do not record voice or conversation, only monitor decibel levels.
• We are in a very nice residential neighborhood with great neighbors. Please be respectful.

Please note that we require all guests to sign the Rental Agreement and fill out a check-in form before their arrival.

I live with my husband, Juliano, and we live in Minneapolis, MN where I'm pursuing my Ph.D. We got married on a small island in Brazil near Salvador, Ba. I love flowers, grapes, and nature. I work developing new variety of grapes. Juliano, my husband, is a designer and developer who works in building digital products. We love biking together by the Mississippi River and visiting the amazing restaurants in our neighborhood.(Yammy!) We're both from Brazil!
