A large cosy flat (80 sqm) right in the center of Warsaw with a big common space (living and kitchen) with a big wooden table and a nice balcony. 2 small bedrooms, one with a big double bed, one with a smaller one. Perfect for two or three persons, or for 2 couples. 5 min from the subway, view on the Palace of Culture.

The space
This is a big nice flat, under the roofs, right in the center of Warsaw. It has a very big living room with kitchen, with a big wooden table to sit and enjoy Polish (or other) food. It has a nice balcony, a bathroom with a tube, and a separate toilet. It is at the 4th floor (without an elevator). The bedrooms are quite small but cosy. There is one double big bed (200 x 200) and a double smaller one (120 x 200).

Guest access
You will have access to the whole flat, except the wardrobe, where I will put some of my stuff so it doesn't bother you.

Other things to note
The flat in on the 4th floor without a lift. That's what makes it so peaceful, but, well, you have to be able and willing to climb the stairs.

If you come with a car, it might be a little difficult to park by the flat, and it is an area where you have to pay for your car to park during weekdays.

You are right in the center of Warsaw, near bars, restaurants and shops. Nowy Swiat is the leisure heart of the city. But, being high on the 4 th floor, it is very quiet in here, even though you can see the Palace of Culture from your window.
