Enjoy hiking at Usery Park, or the National Parks, going to the museums, golfing, or attending spring training camps.
Located in a gated community which offers 2 heated pools and spas, workout facilities, and a clubhouse. The grounds are well maintained.

The kitchen has an open concept to the living room and dining room.
Kitchen - fully equipped kitchen for your cooking needs to include: pots/pans/dishes/silverware/blender/Keurig/bakeware/toaster/electric cook-top stove/ oven/dishwasher and refrigerator. Counter with 2 bar stools.

Dining Area - Table with 6 chairs

Living room - offers a sectional couch with a 55 inch Smart TV; Stream your services such as Disney, Hulu, Netflix, Prime, YouTube, etc. An antenna is provided for access to local channels such as CBS, NBC, ABC, Fox, PBS. The reception for the antenna will vary throughout the day.
The living room opens up to a private patio to enjoy the outdoor weather.

Free parking; unassigned parking spaces for one vehicle with a parking tag. A parking tag is required to be displayed at all times and will be in the unit when you check-in.

An electricity cap of $200 is granted per month to the guest and this applies to any bookings of 29 days or more. The guest is responsible for any overages during their stay.
