This private studio is located in the main house and features an open-concept living and kitchenette area. A queen bed with a memory foam mattress ensures a comfortable stay, and the living space includes a Smart TV and brand-new furnishings.

Kitchenette:
Fully stocked with everything you need to prepare meals, including a cooktop, microwave, and fridge/freezer.

Bathroom:
Private bath with a walk-in shower and complimentary toiletries.

Outdoor Space:
Enjoy access to a large deck with a gas grill.

Laundry:
Shared laundry room with a stackable washer/dryer. The laundry room separates this unit from the front unit—no other spaces are shared.

Additional Info:
There is also a separate tiny home in the back. One, two, or all three units can be rented together, depending on availability.

Other things to note
Parking is behind the main house. Go down the driveway to the left of the house and park in designated space for the Main house/back unit!

Street parking is allowed but please adhere to any signage. There is free parking in the Frazier Park parking lot during the day, but overnight is prohibited. NO Street Parking on GAME days!

The neighborhood is old mixed with new. Cute historic bungalow homes with brand new townhomes sprinkled in!!! Street parking is available, but the streets are narrow. Please GO SLOW!!!! The house is steps away from Frazier Park where part of Charlotte's Irwin Creek Greenway runs through. The park has peaceful settings, creek side trails, a playground for kids, and a dog park. You can also find basketball and tennis courts, as well as soccer and football fields
