3rd Floor Apartment
Surrounded by artwork, it is perfect for art lovers and foodies alike. Enjoy the art gallery and Cai’s cooking with friends and family. The attic apartment with slanted ceilings makes cozy spaces, sitting room, eat-in kitchen, two bedrooms, a full-body massage chair, a bathroom with a bidet, and outdoor sculptures in the backyard.
Art All Around 2nd Fl and 3rd Fl are in the building, it is located above an art gallery and Cai’s Dim Sum Catering in the heart of Brattleboro.
The space
The entire 1880s Victorian building has been turned into an art and culinary arts center. The third floor self-contained apartment surrounded by art.
The first-floor is CX Silver Gallery and Cai's Dim Sum catering service. The back yard is secluded, and off-street parking is available. There is a separate entrance for the apartment through one of the art galleries from the side door towards the back of the building. No smoking and vaping on the premises and no pets. No partying and no excessive drinking. All house rules are not negotiable. The building is on Route 9, 2 miles from downtown Brattleboro, one mile from I-91.
Two stairwells up, the third floor self-contained apartment surrounded by art. with two bedrooms (North and South) each with a double bed. There's a whole-body massage chair, and a bidet; a living room/office with TV. Air conditioning as needed in North and sitting Rooms, fans in South Room and kitchen. There are sloping eaves in places, a cozy tub/shower, and 6'1" door thresholds. The 2nd Fl common room is shared area with the 2nd Fl guests.
Two apartments 2nd Fl and 3rd Fl in the same building. Art All Around 2nd Fl is also available.
Your Space
If you need additional sleep space, the couch in the sitting room can accommodate. You can find extra bedding in the closet. Please note that there will be an additional charge of $40 per extra guest after 4 people.
Housekeeping
If guests are planning to stay for an extended period, please note that daily cleaning service is not provided during the stay. Laundromat is near by 2 mins drive which is next to Brattleboro Pizza
Please bring trash, recycle and compost down leave them on the porch on Tuesdays for weekly garbage pickup
Kitchen Rules
Guests are responsible for cleaning all kitchen supplies and utensils as well after use.

House Rules
Please note that smoking and vaping is strictly prohibited anywhere on the property. A cleaning fee of $100 will be charged if this rule is violated.
Damages and Missing Items
Guests are responsible for the condition of the room and its contents during their stay. Any items that are damaged, broken, or missing from the room will be charged accordingly. We kindly ask guests to treat the space and furnishings with care.
Quiet hours
Quiet hours are from 8:30 PM to 8:30 AM. Please be respectful to our surrounding neighbors.
Complimentary Amenities
We provide basic kitchen essentials such as salt, sugar, and cooking oil, available for guests who enjoy preparing simple meals during their stay.

Check-in & Check-out Policy
Check-in time is at 4:00PM, and check-out time is 12:00 AM.
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request and depending on availability. Please contact us in advance if you require any adjustments.
Room Key Policy
Guests are responsible for keeping the key safe during their stay. If a key is lost, a $10 replacement fee will be charged.
Guest access
Guests can access the entire 3rd floor apartment with private dine-in kitchen, living room/office and bathroom. The shower is on the small size under the eaves and door thresholds are 6'1". The thermostat is next to the fridge in the kitchen.

Welcome to enjoy the art galleries on the 1st floor and the back yard for relaxation.
Parking on the premises. Your entrance to the apartment is through gallery 2 from the single door which is located in the middle of the building.
Once you entered gallery, the door to your immediate left leads to 2 steep stairwells to the 3rd floor. The apartment door will left open for you, feel free to lock it while your staying.
Upon departure, drop the key in the key drop which is above the hamper in the kitchen.
Exterior entry door must be kept locked at all times as you go in and out.
WINTER BOOKING DETAILS
When booking in winter months, please be careful of slippery stairs, walkways and falling ice and snow from the roof.
Other things to note
Our 1st floor is CX Silver Gallery and Cai's Dim Sum catering year round. Occasionally we offer classes in tai chi, cooking, art, and Chinese language on-site. We also plan and coordinate local Asian culture events such as the Lunar New Year and Mid Autumn Moon Festivals and events related to art exhibitions or presentations. We are located in Brattleboro on Route 9, 2 miles from downtown, 9/10 of a mile from I-91 exit 2, 25 miles to Mt Snow, 38 miles to Stratton. In the winter Route 9 is always the first to get plowed and cleared, easy in or out, year round.
