It is rare to find a beautiful modern condo in the Marina that boasts both luxury and charm.

This 16th level apartment is complete with an open plan living room, contemporary yet cosy finishings, solid wood dining table to seat 8, a custom-made sectional that opens out into a queen size bed, another sofa bed for one, 4K HD 65" curved TV with Sky that receives both English and Spanish channels, Wifi and a half-bathroom. The spacious terrace boasts panoramic views of Banderas Bay, Puerto Vallarta, and the incredible Sierra Madre.
The living area and bedrooms have ceiling fans and dim lights.

All rooms are ensuite bedrooms with memory foam king size beds and duck down pillows spectacular views, beautiful birch hardwood floors, 55" curved smart TVs with Sky, complete bathrooms with rainfall showers.

Most of the buildings were constructed some 20 years ago meaning the majority of the condos are outdated and old. Not only is the building just 8 years old, the condo has been recently remodelled. It is one of the few condos with high-quality, modern finishings in the lower price range.

Marina Vallarta feels like a resort and has something for everybody! The Marina Broad walk (malecon) offers plenty of good shops, spas, a great range of dining options from inexpensive restaurants to fancy elegant dining, cosy restaurants serving local cuisine, cafes, bars, delis, Starbucks, bakeries and even a supermarket. The exclusive Marina is filled with yachts, boats and charters, plus a championship 18-hole golf course designed by Joe Finger. It is located just 15-20 minutes from downtown Puerto Vallarta and around 5 minutes from the Puerto Vallarta International Airport, Lic. Gustavo Diaz Ordaz.

Neighborhood highlights

There is little need to worry about your safety whilst you are staying here at Marina Vallarta. The marina has a very relaxed environment and even has its own exclusive and efficient security system that is independent from Puerto Vallarta. Not only that, the building has 24hr security so you can have the peace of mind knowing you're completely safe. However, once you see the neighbourhoods in the surrounding areas, all these extra measures will seem unnecessary.
The marina is a peaceful area mostly made up of hotels or residents living in similar complexes so there is always a laziness in the atmosphere. Most of the excitement surrounds the Marina's Broadwalk where the majority of shops, bars and restaurants are situated. Noise is never an issue though, everyone in the area is respectful of each other so there's no need to worry about not being able to sleep at night due to thumping music.
