Villa Torreón Benicasim is a Mediterranean-style house located in a quiet area, a 5-minute walk from Torreón beach and the village; 100 meters from a bus stop, a supermarket and a gym.
It has a private pool and barbecue.
The house has 5 double bedrooms; 2 bathrooms and 1 toilet; equipped kitchen; large living room; glazed terrace overlooking the "Desierto de las Palmas". Free high-speed Wi-Fi;
Private garage for up to 3 cars.
The space
The house is located in the center of the plot surrounded by the garden, the pool, the solarium area and the barbecue area with a table and benches.
The villa has two floors and a large basement/garage.
In the basement there are:
-Garage with capacity for 3 cars. Outdoor tables, chairs and sun loungers, portable clothesline and a fixed clothesline with several fixed threads on one side. An iron and ironing board.
On the ground floor you will find:
-The glazed terrace with sofas/lounge chair and a table. The windows are folding to enjoy the sea breeze in summer and a pleasant temperature in winter.
-A foyer. You will find guides, recommendations for restaurants, leisure, adventure, etc.
-The living room located on the ground floor has two comfortable sofas and a sofa bed, glass table, a wide variety of reading books, music equipment, 40'' Smart TV with access to digital platforms, central heating for the colder months and a great fireplace to make your stay more romantic.
-The kitchen is equipped with a fridge, oven, ceramic hob, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, washing machine, osmosis water system, Dolce Gusto coffee capsule machine, blender, etc.
It also has a TV and a table in the central area. They also have kitchen utensils and cleaning products.
-Full bathroom with a shower tray, hairdryer, and first aid kit.
- A bedroom with a double bed and views of the private pool.
On the first floor there is:
-A toilet in the hallway area of the rooms.
-A bedroom with a double bed overlooking the private pool
-A bedroom with two twin beds overlooking the barbecue area
-A room with two single beds overlooking the garden and barbecue area
-A bedroom with a double bed that has a balcony overlooking the Desierto de las Palmas Natural Park. It has a full bathroom inside with a bathtub.
All rooms are double and are equipped with ceiling fans for summer months and radiators connected to central heating for colder months. They also have built-in closets with hangers to hang your clothes and have mosquito nets.
In the bathrooms you will find toilet paper, hand soap, gel, shampoo, hair dryer and radiators for cold months. The toilet has toilet paper and hand soap
Linens and towels are provided.
For babies we have a travel crib and a high chair for eating.
Guests have exclusive access to the entire house.
Guest access
The garden, pool, solarium, and barbecue with table and benches are exclusively for your use. The house is independent and does not share common areas with other houses.
Other things to note
SPECIAL RATES in June, July, and August.
Starting in June, the house is rented with a minimum stay of 6 nights.
MAINTENANCE:
In the months of May, June, July, August and September the companies that are responsible for the maintenance of the pool and garden go every week to do their work.
RULES TO TAKE INTO ACCOUNT:
All guests (and anyone else visiting the property) must comply with the rules of this vacation rental and the instructions provided by the owner/manager during their stay.
Check-in time is from 4:00 PM, and check-out is until 11:00 AM.
Charging electric vehicles on the property is strictly prohibited
Towels. In the bathrooms you will find two hand towels and a shower mat. In the toilet, two hand towels. Guests have one bath towel per person.
Guests and their visitors are completely prohibited from behaving in a disrespectful manner towards the residents of the area, and must minimize their impact on them and the neighborhood in general
Excessive noise is prohibited in any case and at any time and may lead to the end of the guests' stay, eviction, loss of the amount paid for the entire stay.
Any gathering should take into account the aforesaid rules covering noise, the neighborhood, and visits.
Smoking is not allowed inside the house.
The owner/manager must be informed of any damage as soon as possible.
To avoid damage, do not move furniture from one room to another.
For safety reasons, the use of glass objects near the pool is not allowed.
Whenever guests leave the property, it is their responsibility to make sure windows and doors are securely closed to ensure safety and to prevent weather damage.
Failure to comply with any of these rules implies a breach of the conditions applicable to the vacation rental contract.
The owner/manager has the right to terminate the guest's stay if the guest does not comply with the rules of this house or causes inconvenience to neighbors and other residents.
ADDITIONAL COSTS:
If you want to move up the check-in time: €60/h. (As long as there is availability to do so)
If you want to delay the check-out time: €60/h. (As long as there is availability)
If there is no availability, there is a delay in the check-out time, however minimal, there will be a penalty that will cost €150
If the owner/manager has to go to the house in person to open it: €150
If the owner/manager has to check in guests in person: €150.
The unit cost for not finding all the towels supplied or leaving them unusable will be: €10 for a bath mat, €10 for a hand towel and €20 for a shower towel.
The loss of keys or non-return of the keys will result in the guest paying the cost of replacing all the cylinders. €400 will be requested as a deposit for the expense until the final invoice is available.
Any extraordinary expenses that the owner has to bear because of the guest (excessive dirt, loss or breakage of wireless controls, breakage of furniture, fixtures, bedding, appliances, etc...). The cost of the same will be requested.
