Other things to note
Property layout:
There are two cabins on the property that share a driveway. The cabins are visually separated by an 8-foot cedar fence, and each has its own outdoor space. Most guests describe the setting as quiet and private.

Rural setting:
This is a rural area, and sound can travel farther than in town. You may occasionally hear distant noises from neighboring properties, but typically it's incredibly quiet and peaceful.

Internet:
The Wi-Fi works well for streaming and general remote work, but brief interruptions can happen during storms. If you need uninterrupted, all-day video calls, we recommend bringing a backup hotspot.

Good to know:
This cabin is not suited for parties, events, or loud groups, and is best enjoyed by guests who appreciate quiet and privacy.

Neighborhood highlights

The cabin is flanked by 2 beautiful farms. You might hear the goats, sheep, cows, and chickens.

If you’re lucky, you’ll see the hang of peacocks that sometimes visit the property. They are semi-wild because the farmer next door started a pair from eggs! Now they’ve multiplied and come and go as they please. Be advised: if you hear what sounds like a kid screaming, it’s the peacocks! :)

We are situated in the best spot in Midcoast, close to everything, but removed enough to feel enveloped by nature.
