Spacious, pleasant deck with simple garden and colourful wall art. Aircon throughout. BBQ, outdoor setting. Wheel-chair friendly. Two TVs. Secure parking for 3-4 cars.
Excellent location - walk to central Fremantle. Opposite the Fremantle Leisure/ Pool Centre and Fremantle park.
Pets friendly on request.
Two bedrooms & two bathrooms. Extra fee could occur if more beds used than booked.

The space
- Originally a shop and also a cafe before it was fully renovated around 2010 as a two bedroom, modern home.
- Thick walls with thick glass and choice of light screen to outside or total darkness.
- An excellent study space at the apex of the living area.
- Entry is via the large bifold doors that open onto the deck or through the door in the laundry.
- The double sets of doors open to give beautiful light and access to the deck and BBQ - deck is an extension to the house and when open is a huge space.
-Secure parking, remote controlled garage door for two cars under double car port. Three or even four cars can be parked in tandem.
- Efficient stainless steel kitchen with full cooktop and under bench oven. Large fridge, microwave, dishwasher.
- Inside and outside tables seat 6 and interior comfortable seating for 6 in sitting room space.
- All rooms have individual air conditioners for heating and cooling.
- Walk in wardrobe in main bedroom. Hanging space in second bedroom.
NO STAIRS with good space for wheelchair access. Shower in bathroom is walk in or can use a chair. We can supply an over toilet frame. Vertical and horizontal rails in the toilet and shower area. Ramp to small lip into house.

Guest access
The whole of the house and deck area. No access to the small shed at the rear which attaches to Art Corner (a self-contained one bedroom apartment).

Other things to note
The Fremantle Arts Centre will occasionally have musical and arts events. This is an ideal spot to stroll to the venue - if you do not want to listen or attend be assured that the extremely thick walls will ensure your quiet amenity.
