400 sq ft updated open concept suite featuring a comfortable sectional couch, dedicated workspace and chair, queen size bed, coffee kitchenette with fridge and microwave, large closet, and gorgeous bathroom with rain ceiling shower head. Enjoy the small patio with chairs for coffee in the morning or a beverage at dusk. Located on the highway, but close enough to explore downtown by foot! This suite is located on site at Float Eureka, an outfitter and perfect adventure basecamp!
The space
Guests can use everything in the rental suite, aside from two locked cleaning supply closets, please do not break those open. The space includes a Galaxy lamp that projects stars on the ceiling (press Button 2 ‘On’ on the white remote, and then press the lit-up button on the side of the Galaxy lamp to cycle displays), a planet orb with remote adjacent to the Galaxy lamp, coffee nook with supplied coffee, workspace area, tv, couch, outside porch and seating area, interior blue rope light (press Button 1 ‘On’ on the white remote), exterior blue rope light on the porch that can be plugged in, etc. Rental suite is adjacent to Float Eureka - a stand up paddleboard, kayak, canoe rental outfitter and outdoor gear and souvenir shop.
Guest access
Guests have access to the rental suite, adjacent porch with chairs and table, another outdoor seating area with chairs at the base of the stairs, and two more chairs with a charcoal grill. Note, there are two doors in the rental unit that used to provide access to the rest of the building (the retail/seasonal outfitter space) - those doors remain closed and locked at all times accessible only by our housekeeper between bookings, please do not attempt to open those doors or to access the closed-off space. We ask that guests do not smoke on the property.

NON-SMOKING IN/OUTDOORS
PARKING: Parking is available around the property but there is not a designated space reserved for airbnb parking, it is first come, first served. There is supplementary parking available across the street at the community center if needed. During busy times during the day when the outfitter is open parking can be limited around the property; later afternoon and evening parking is readily available.
NEIGHBORHOOD: Conveniently located near one of Eureka's top bakeries - easy access to quick breakfast. A very short walk to 3 restaurants/bars and 1 great food truck. Walkable to downtown if you're willing to navigate some classic Eureka hills!

Neighborhood highlights
The perfect place to stay if you're planning to float the White River or go stand up paddleboarding with Float Eureka, but also want to experience town! The suite is attached to a seasonal outfitter (Float Eureka) that operates from May through Labor Day.
The neighborhood is charming. A twelve minute walk leads you to downtown and quiet side roads overlook the forest surrounding Black Bass lake. You will be right across the street from the Eureka Springs Community Center, Myrtie Mae's, Bubba's Barbecue, and Eureka Vintage!
