Welcome to the Cottage on 14th St! Indulge in a cozy & bright downstairs midcentury modern apartment with private side entrance & key code. You have all the amenities of home in the heart of Idaho Falls. The huge memory foam king bed & soft sheets will ensure an excellent night’s rest. Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen & play time in the pet & kid-friendly fenced backyard complete w/ hot-tub, firepit, patio & BBQ. Watch movies & play games around the fireplace on the 55” Smart TV w/ Fiber internet.

The space
Extremely cozy basement apartment - bring your pup and snuggle up the by the fire and enjoy movies on 55” Smart TV loaded with Netflix, Prime Video, Max, Paramount +, Disney + more, over the fireplace. Enjoy the comfortable King Bed, 3/4 bath, full kitchen and huge fully fence back yard. The couch pulls out into a bed for those traveling with family and friends. Just Blocks to parks, downtown restaurants, and the falls.

We keep a travel crib / Pack ’n Play available at the Airbnb for guests to use at no extra charge. :)

For families who prefer a larger sleeping space for their little one, we also offer a standard-size wooden crib option. The crib is stored with our supplies and can be brought over and fully set up upon request.

There is typically a $150 setup fee for the full crib to help cover transportation, setup, mattress protector, and additional laundering.

If you’d like either option prepared for your stay, just let us know prior to arrival. We’re always happy to help make your family’s stay as comfortable as possible. ☀️Subject to availability, based on first come first serve access.

Other things to note
We have an updated HVAC unit in this wonderful mid century home, that is controlled through Wifi. We keep the temperature at 70 degrees , but are happy to accommodate temperature changes with a quick text or message through the app from guests. :)
