Located in the tranquil resort community of Cupecoy Beach Club, this 2-story oceanfront, 3 bedroom condominium offers stunning views of the Caribbean Sea and spectacular sunsets from the private balconies.

The condo’s three bedrooms will comfortably sleep up to eight guests, making it an ideal getaway for a group of friends or family get together.

Enjoy morning coffee on the living room or bedroom balconies. Dine under the stars or cocktail while you watch the sunset on the top story deck.

The space
The fully air-conditioned unit has three full bedrooms with 4 beds:
• The first bedroom includes a king size bed and en suite bathroom
• The upstairs bedroom boasts a king bed, en-suite bathroom, and balcony overlooking the Cupecoy gardens and pool.
• The third bedroom offers two double beds, a private balcony overlooking the ocean, ceiling fan and en-suite bathroom
The unit includes a full-size washer and dryer and all linens and towels for your stay are supplied.
The kitchen is well appointed with a full-size cooktop and oven, plenty of cookware, toaster, blender, Nespresso coffee maker, dishes, and wine glasses. The unit has Wi-Fi throughout and a television in the living room.
There are beach towels, inflatable floats and a cooler for guest use.

Cupecoy Beach Club offers a freshwater pool with swim up bar, ping pong table and fitness center for family friendly fun or low key relaxing. Our gated community is less than 10 minutes from the airport, a 5-minute walk to restaurants and grocery stores and has 24-hour security on premises. The unit is located on the 2nd floor, with parking in front of the unit.

While staying here, you’ll have easy access to Cupecoy Beach, a small, secluded beach accessible by the famous spiral staircase on the property. If you are looking for a bigger beach, a 5-minute walk or short drive finds you on Mullet Bay Beach, one of the most amazing beaches in the Caribbean. Mullet Bay Beach offers 3 dining/ bar options. Daily chair and umbrella rentals are also available.
