Villa Kersdorf is located on a spacious, idyllic, very well-kept property with a pool and tennis court - surrounded by forests and water.

The lovingly prepared house has a fully equipped, large kitchen-living room with a cozy sitting area with TV. Above it are 2 more floors with 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. In front of the kitchen is a large, covered terrace with an open grill.
On the first floor there is also a steam sauna with shower and extra guest toilet.

The pool (about 9 m x 5 m, depth 1.40-2.00, season about April-October) and tennis court, tree house, trampoline and swing are available to us together.
On your own covered terrace with an open barbecue area and a large table, you can enjoy the view of the garden.

Our 3 free-roaming dogs live on our property. They are very human-friendly and are always looking forward to guests and petting sessions. There are also pepper and tiny our mini pigs, and our chickens digging around in the garden.
