Experience a peaceful farm setting while staying in our Cozy Apartment Cottage at Valley Springs Ranch. Conveniently located right off I-44. Surrounded by Mark Twain National Forest and Ozark National Scenic Riverways. Your choices of spending time in nature are endless! Swimming, fishing and kayaking/paddle boating are all part of your stay! You will have full access to the farms spring fed pond, creek and hiking trails.

The space
Our apartment cottage is the old "Maids Quarters" located at Valley Springs Ranch. Originally built and used in the 1930's, it has recently been renovated and beautifully decorated making it a cozy and comfortable stay.

The main room has an electric fireplace, Roku TV, a comfy loveseat and day bed that can turn into a king size bed.

The kitchen has a fridge/freezer, small stove with an oven, microwave and coffee pot. Kitchen utensils are provided. There is also a small breakfast bar you can enjoy your meals at.

The bathroom is full size and has a walk in shower.

Fresh towels and linens are provided for your stay.

The apartment cottage also has a washer and dryer.

Enjoy the outdoors at Valley Springs Ranch! Our farm is 280 acres of rolling Ozark hills. The apartment cottage is tucked cozily in the woods, just at the edge of our beautiful valley. Endless hiking trails, a spring fed pond/creek and beautiful scenic views are all a part of your stay.

Possible activities include hiking, pond fishing, swimming, pond paddle boating/kayaking, bird and wildlife watching.

Float-able rivers in the immediate area include the Little Piney, Big Piney, and the Gasconade.

Other places to visit in the surrounding area are.
Meramec Spring.
Fugitive Beach.
Mill Creek Recreation Area.

If you have an Army or S&T (MST) graduation or family to visit, we are only a 15 minute drive to Ft. Leonard wood and a 15 miles drive to Rolla.

Other things to note
Valley Springs Ranch is also home to our instrument repair workshop "Rosa String Works" where Jerry Rosa builds and repairs acoustic instruments.
You can tour the shop or have your instrument repaired while enjoying a stay at our Cozy Apartment Cottage or Valley Springs Ranch Retreat, just make sure to message us first so we can set this up!
