All THREE BEDROOMS have pressure-relieving memory foam mattresses and room darkening curtains/blinds for a great night's rest. They also offer close access to our home’s TWO full bathrooms. Our main floor bathroom features a Walk-In-Shower!

You will find comfortable seating and a large screen smart TV in our vibrant LIVING ROOM.
Our lively DINING ROOM has plenty of table space to enjoy meals with your friends and family.

The KITCHEN is fully stocked and complete with all essential cooking supplies to cook and serve meals for your group.

A spacious MOVIE/GAME ROOM is in the lower level to relax and hang out with family & friends. Sit back & enjoy a movie by logging into your own personal favorite streaming service. The popcorn is on us!

Our exciting OUTDOOR AREA will capture you! It includes cozy deck seating under a pergola with unique privacy wall, gas grill, fire pit, yard games, yoga mat, outdoor dining table with patio umbrella.

Full access to our home via your own private door lock code uniquely changed for each group of guests. We leave the porch light on and provide a motion detected flood light on our driveway to make it easy for you to enter our home.

Other things to note
Security Cameras:
For your added safety, a Nest security camera/driveway light and Nest doorbell camera at the front door. They record both audio and video. There are absolutely NO cameras inside the property.

Early Check In/Late Check Out:
We may be able to provide early check-ins and late check-outs ONLY if our schedule allows. Please ask us when booking if it's something you're interested in. We cannot guarantee availability but try our best to accommodate our guests. You are welcome to send a message through Airbnb and we'll do our best to accommodate you.

Laundry:
At this time, laundry is not available for guests to use in our home. There is a clean and safe Laundromat called Coin Kleen Laundromat (3232 Center Point Rd NE) across from the Blind Pig restaurant 1.3 miles from the house. Thanks for your understanding!

Our safe and friendly neighborhood is very walkable. It's common to strike up conversations with the neighbors! We are near four parks with playgrounds - Daniels Park, Tomahawk Park, Arthur Elementary School , and Garfield Elementary School. We're 2 blocks from the CeMar Bike Trail & Mt Mercy University sports complexes.

Ryan and Schyler are from Iowa and Kansas, but we found each other in New Zealand when we were living and studying abroad! We are both creative designers (apparel and industrial design) currently living in Seattle, WA. When not hiking, paddle boarding, or pursuing design projects, we enjoy traveling home to visit family and reconnect with our Midwest roots.
