At 1650 m, the Alpina chalet, can comfortably accommodate up to 15 people, with ease.
The spacious living spaces allow you to enjoy the mountain with your family, as do the 7 bedrooms spread over 3 levels.
The chalet has a sauna, a jacuzzi, a cinema room of 25 m² and a large balcony facing south.
It is located close to shops and lifts.

The space
The cottage is independent and not adjoining, you will be totally at home. It was audited in December 2022, and obtained the OR des 2 Alpes label.
It has 7 bedrooms, spread over three levels, allowing for resting spaces for everyone.
The garden level is a children's paradise with 3 bedrooms including one with a double bed, one with two single beds and a dorm with 4 beds (2 single beds and 2 bunk beds) and a foosball table (new winter 2025).
On the ground floor and step-free, parents or grandparents will find a bedroom with double bed (160 x 200), away from living rooms.
Isolated on the first floor, parents will enjoy three bedrooms with double bed (160x200).
All beds are new and of good quality (change in November 2022).
Each floor has a shower / bath room and a separate toilet.
In addition to the sleeping areas, the chalet has spacious living spaces to enjoy the mountain with the family: a large equipped kitchen (dishwasher among other equipment), a living room with an insert fireplace and large sofas, a dining room with 15 seats (and raclette machines...), a 25m² cinema room.
All heaters have been changed for the winter of 2024. We've opted for smart heaters that turn off the heat when they detect open windows/doors. Also, they decrease in temperature when they do not detect presence in the cottage. Through this investment, we hope to save energy and make the chalet more eco-friendly!
On the relaxing side after skiing, the chalet has a sauna, a hot tub, and a foosball table [new]. It is also possible to enjoy the outdoors with a long south facing balcony that communicates with the living rooms as well as a small garden in front of the downstairs bedrooms.
After skiing is also the outings. In the heart of the quiet area of Alpe de Venosc, the chalet is located respectively (Maps data) 2 minutes walk from the Place de Venosc, the Sherpa, bowling alley and its many bars and restaurants, 3 minutes from the bread bakery and 5 minutes from the Devil's departure. The direct proximity to shops will allow you to do everything on foot during your stay, thus avoiding the inconvenience of driving in the resort.
Convenient, in a deemed difficult area to park, the chalet has a large gated garage as well as 3 to 4 private parking spaces in front of the chalet which avoids having to use public car parks far from the center. The garage is also used for winter ski storage and electric bike storage in the summer.
We also provide a laundry area with a washer and dryer, which will save you the need to multiply spare items and lighten your luggage a little.
Our animal friends are welcome, as evidenced by our dog Speï, Podhale shepherd, mascot of the chalet.
The price includes reception, key exchange, cleaning, linens and sheets as well as wood for the fireplace (1 to 2 flares). The cleaning price shown on the platform also includes linens and linens. The platform service fee is also included in the price.
In addition, we negotiated a 30% discount with a ski rental shop in the resort. You'll place your order in advance by email.
Finally, the resort offers 5 free lifts for beginners, 2 rugs and 3 ski lifts. Three of them are on the Venosc side, near the chalet. The opportunity to try the joys of sliding without having to take a package.

You have access to the entire chalet, no space is common or adjoining.
Other things to note
We prioritize renting our cottage to families because we know how difficult it is sometimes to be able to find suitable places to spend quality time together when we are in large numbers, and moreover, we have a dog or a cat. But, of course, all travellers are welcomed.
The barbecue is only accessible in summer season. During the Winter season, it is not available.
