Private open plan villa with air conditioning to all 3 bedrooms. Located on the prestigious west coast near Sandy Lane in beautiful Paynes Bay.
There are 2 spacious modern bathrooms and a large seperate utility area.
The villa is set within a private residential setting with a veranda overlooking a picturesque front lawn and a lush flowered private rear garden with seating for 6, an umbrella and comfortable lounge chairs.
There is also an outside shower area and private off street parking.

The space
This bright, spacious and cosy villa offers you all the comforts you would expect from being pampered on holiday with a homely feel attached.
It's exquisite beach location affords guests the option of daily sun,sea and sand coupled with private relaxation.

Guest access
All guests have full access to the villa, which includes a spacious veranda and a private rear garden with seating, loungers, an outside shower area and private off street parking.

Other things to note
The villa is situated in a very friendly residential area and you will be welcomed and happily greeted by everyone you meet.
Despite the above we always recommend that you lock doors and windows when going out for the day for your absolute safety and security.
