Costa Rica has safe water in most parts of the country. For your safety we have installed a RO water purification system at the kitchen sink. We desire to meet and exceed your expectations. Valle Perdido is a private, gated community. All guests must go through security before entering the community 24/7.
NO unauthorized guests permitted, violations to this rule may result in eviction from the property with NO refund.
Casa Overlook has a front, security gate that locks to secure the property.
Security cameras are located in public areas of the property.

Fire extinguishers are present and available by the outdoor grill and in the utility closet in the family room.
First aid kit is located in the cabinet on the left side of the refrigerator.
Pool towels should be used at the pool and at the beach. Please do not use the room towels for outdoor use.
Safes in most rooms.
Purified (RO System) water is available from the kitchen sink dispenser.
Ice cubes in the freezer are from the purified RO water dispenser.
Hair Dryers

Cautions
Casa Overlook is located in the jungle and on the monkey path-please be cautious around all wildlife. Do not leave valuables outside. Monkeys will take your valuables.
No glass in and around the pool for your safety and for future guests.
Costa Rica is very humid. Please keep the AC’s at 71 degrees F or 22 C. If temperatures drop below the temperature-the windows and ceilings will sweat and create undesirable room conditions.
The property is family friendly-please no local female guests permitted.

My Love for Costa Rica started years ago. And then I realize that the Pura Vida lifestyle was perfect for me. We bought Casa Overlook and want to share what we love about Costa Rica and the Pura Vida lifestyle. We are not looking for a high volume of rentals, but the right guests. No Bachelor Parties and NO Local guests ever.
