Welcome to our large, three bedroom, two bathroom bohemian inspired condo with oversized balcony overlooking the sugar sand beach in Gulf Shores, AL.
This beach oasis includes modern, warm styling, filled with natural light, new herringbone LVP floors, and views from almost every room.
The complex is a low density with private, gated beach access, wooden boardwalk, private pool, modern elevator, and located across from a small grocery store, ice cream shop, sea food shop and restaurant.
The space
This condo unit is a spacious three bedrooms and two bathrooms with direct Gulf Views on West Beach in Gulf Shores, AL. As you enter the unit you will be greeted by a large, open concept space with soothing, bohemian decor, herringbone LVP throughout, and natural light spilling in from a wall of windows that all house a stunning beach view.
The unit can easily accommodate a large family or two smaller families with it's large bedrooms and oversized, down filled, queen sleeper sofa.
There is a king sized bed in the master with large en suite. You can fall asleep with stunning Gulf views from the comfortable bed as well as have direct access to the wrap-around balcony. The en suite houses an oversized tiled shower, herringbone LVP flooring, and tasteful decor. There is a smart TV in this room with access to all of your favorite TV apps.
You will also have a choice of two other bedrooms including a full over full bunk room and large queen sized bedroom. The queen room has a large slider door with access again to the oversized balcony and views of the Gulf. Both rooms have access via the hallway to a large bathroom with modern tiled shower. And both include TVs with cable.
Relax on the oversized sofa or pull out the comfortable queen sized mattress to accommodate more guests.
You can make tasty pancakes to gourmet dinners in the large, modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances all while watching the waves crash on the beach. And then you can eat those meals at the large breakfast bar, dining table, or multiple table options on the balcony while dolphin watching.
From sunrise to sunset, you will not be disappointed with the views from the private balcony!

Other things to note
This is a low density complex with only 24 units and gated beach access. So you won't have to fight for a spot on the beach. All you have to do is bring your favorite beverage and beach towel.
There is also 1 covered parking space included with the unit, additional visitor parking available for additional cost.
