Welcome to my newly remodeled private master bedroom and bath located in the quiet and peaceful neighborhood of West Tahoe Park. Along with your own private bedroom, bath, and workstation, you are going to be minutes away from the best spots in Sacramento.

This room is extremely spacious and can comfortably fit two people if you are traveling with a second guest. It includes the following:

- Private attached bathroom with marble tiled shower and a rainfall shower head
- Private entrance and porch
- Desk for remote work
- 42 inch LG TV with Chromecast so you can stream straight from your phone
- 2 large closets if you and other guest need more space

- Fully stocked with brand-new stainless-steel KitchenAid appliances
- OXO Drip Coffee Maker and complimentary coffee (Peet's Coffee Grounds)
- Toaster, Instapot, blender, pots & pans, plates, bowls, cups and all essential kitchen utensils will be provided
- Beautiful white granite countertops with Island for entertainment

Family Room:
- Comfy L shaped couch with large ottoman to kick up your feet and enjoy your favorite shows on the TLC 65-inch Smart TV

Laundry Room:
- Brand new LG Washer and Dryer

Dining Room:
- Table seats 6 comfortably

Backyard/Patio:
- In your private bedroom, you will have a sliding door that gives you access to the backyard. Although large and spacious, the backyard is still a work in progress (dirt instead of grass). HOWEVER, there is a large concrete patio with very comfortable outdoor furniture and BBQ. There are stringed lights on a timer, so you'll be able to enjoy the cool Sacramento nights.

During your stay
I want to make sure you have a great stay at my house. I will respect your privacy at all times and am here if you need anything at all.

Other things to note
All I ask is that you leave the room and house better than you found it. I've put a lot of work into this home and want each guest to enjoy it as much as the previous ones.

Shared Spaces: I occupy 1 of the 3 bedrooms in the house but will be out of the house frequently due to work and travel. The other bedroom in the house will be rented out to another guest so there is a chance you will be sharing some of the common areas with another guest. I assure you that I screen every guest and your privacy will be maintained.
