Great central location, peaceful riad to relax in after being amongst the chaos of Marrakech. Beautifully decorated riad, our room was gorgeous. Lovely breakfast and Lola was a great host. I would love to come back and stay here again.

We very happily accepted Marc's offer of a pickup from the airport - taxi to edge of the médina then an escorted walk through Djemma el Fna to the riad - into a haven of quiet tranquility. It's amazing how the hustle and bustle disappears as you shut the door. The riad itself is beautifully decorated in a perfect shabby chic way and the three rooms we had were just lovely (one on ground floor and two on middle). Each had its own well equipped bathroom, bottles of chilled water (supplied whenever you asked), air con (essential), hairdryer. The rooftop pool is actually beautifully chilled and perfect for a refreshing plunge after a few minutes baking on the sun beds. The sitting area up there is covered and elevated and delightful as well. There were another couple staying in the fourth room but we rarely saw each other and there was plenty of room for all. Wifi worked well - v useful! Marc provided some excellent suggestions for restaurants and places to visit just before we arrived and Lola (Marc's mum) was on site when we arrived and at various times during our four night stay. She speaks Spanish and French and was happy to provide tips on whatever we asked of her. They also gave us a good map with some walking tours. Breakfast was served when we were ready - either in the courtyard in the middle or on the roof. Everyday we had an omelette each with honeyed flat bread, regular bread (regular in Morocco) and pastries (varied each day) with butter and two choices of jam. We also had freshly squeezed orange juice, tea and good coffee. Some days there was fruit and on another yogurt. Very good as a late brunch to last until dinner. There was someone in the riad at all times so no need for keys. The location couldn't have been better - really close to everything and easy to find. With the air con on at night we didn't have to worry about the muezzin (10:15pm and then 4:45am!)

Lovely stay here! We were four girls wanting to explore Marrakech and this beautiful Riad was perfect for when we had busy days in the Medina. So lovely and the restaurant recommendations for Bo Zin and Comptoir Darna from Lola were perfect and would highly recommend to anyone wanting a posh dinner and drinks in the new city. The decor is fab and the room we were in was gorgeous! Huge bath, high ceilings and lovely decor touches. Breakfast was good- prepare for lots of omelettes and pancakes.. Before our arrival I had spoken to Marc about organising an overnight trip to dessert, this was all pre-arranged and that was truly amazing again. Airport transfers went smoothly and we were greeted in the main square by Saba who showed us the way to the Riad. No way would we have found it without her! Overall it was an amazing week here and the trip was perfect- special thanks to the lovely Saba you helped us so much and good luck with your pregnancy! 100% STAY HERE

I can't say enough about Marc and Lola. This was an amazing experience for my girlfriends and I. The Riad is exceptionally clean and in the best location. As soon as you walk out the door, you step into the hustle and bustle of the markets. Inside, however, is so quiet and peaceful. Marc coordinated a ride to and from the airport for us which was so easy. Lola greeted us and make sure we had everything we needed during our stay. I highly suggest Riad Lola to anyone visiting Marrakech looking to be in the heart of the action. Lastly, the breakfast they make for you each morning is delicious. Thank you again for such wonderful hosting!

Marc was a perfect host, welcomed us and helped us with our bags over the square (not possible for taxis to drive all the way) gave us tips about things to see and places to eat. The place was beautiful decorated and the small but yet pool was appreciated by the the kids. The breakfast was delicious. We would definitely come back.
