Welcome to our historic 1900 home. It is nestled in the heart of Downtown New Braunfels where you are in walking distance to all the amenities this incredible town has to offer. Located three blocks from the Tube Chute & Comal River + popular dining, this house is the original home of the Ludwig family that ran New Braunfels' oldest leather and saddle shop. The house has three bedrooms with two baths.
