Bienvenue to our newly refurbished modern studio in the Arsenal neighbourhood near Bastille in heart of Paris.

This superbly fitted high-end studio is perfectly situated for exploring Paris being just a short walk away from great food & drink, the river Seine and many famous sights.

The studio is located inside a 1930’s secure building within a wealthy and safe residential.

Notre Dame Cathedral and Bastille place are 10 minutes wandering distance.

The space
My studio is located inside a 1930’s very secure building on the 1st floor within the wealthy and safe 4th district (arrondissement). It is furnished to accommodate maximum 2 GUESTS.

The studio was recently renovated by a young talented architect using Wabi-Sabi aesthetic influences from Japan. The minute you walk in, you will feel a modern and contemporary studio that exudes warmth, style and comfort.

The studio is approximately 32 sq meters with a Domotic System. It is well equipped with an open plan Modern KITCHEN/DINING/LIVING ROOM.

The KITCHEN is fully equipped with everything you would expect to find : COFFEE MACHINE, 2 Slice TOASTER, KETTLE; Rice COOKER, Inox MICROWAVE + GRILL function, Wash & Dryer Machine, Fridge with freezer compartment, Domino Ceramic HOBS, cooking utensils & cutlery.

So you can enjoy your own cooking around the DINING Space with its bar seats.

The LIVING ROOM has a PHILIPS 48’’ Slim FHD TV with Ambilight, full internet capabilities, Cable Channel, Film-on-demand and Web Browser.

A High Speed Wireless Internet Network is available.

With remote control, you can transform the WORK SPACE in the living room into a BEDROOM Mode with a queen-size automatic retractable bed. The bed is prepared with a fitted sheet and Comforter.

The WASHROOM has a BATHTUB with SHOWER, HAIR DRYER, WASHLET Toilet and Hanging Towels and system to dry your clothes so that you can take care of your own laundry on a longer stay.

The apartment is 10 minutes stroll from Le Marais district (Saint Paul Village, Place Des Vosges), Arsenal port, Notre Dame Cathedral, and Bastille place with several RESTAURANTS, BARS, SHOPS, CAFE, GROCERY and FRUIT STORES.

You can visit farmers markets like Marché Bastille or Baudoyer around to buy some organic fruits and vegetables.
