Welcome to our distinctive detached home in the heart of the historic Cukurcuma area. Close to all tourist attractions and yet a hidden gem in a small alley. The former Greek church has been converted into a modern 2 bedroom house.

Located on 3 floors, the ground floor has an open kitchen, a dining area, a guest WC and a laundry room.
The first floor has the lofty furnished living room with a bedroom and a bathroom in a traditional hammam look.
On the top floor is another bedroom with en suite bathroom and traditional fireplace.
The beds are 63" wide and have very comfortable, high-quality mattresses.
The house is equipped with 3 air conditioners. High speed Wi-FI / smart TV is also part of the equipment.
For your safety, there is an outside cctv system in place. It can only monitor the outside space of the house.
