The sunny south-facing apartment with terrace is located directly on the outskirts of the village - our street is therefore very rarely used. With the adjoining field, the magnificent view over the forest begins.
The private access to the apartment via the terrace gives pleasant privacy.
Lake Tyrol is 800 m away and can be reached on foot or by car in a few minutes.
Multiple excursion possibilities to Kocher and Jagst by car, on foot or by bike.
The space
Access to the apartment is via the lockable patio door of the living and dining room.
In addition to the comfortable sofa "cuddle corner," there is also an electrically adjustable sofa with cinema function as well as a 55" HD TV in the granny apartment.
At the spacious dining table, there is enough space to use it as a workplace in parallel as a business traveler.
Our house is connected to the Internet via a generously dimensioned broadband fiber optic connection. Therefore, handling larger files via VPN as well as video conferences will not be a problem.
From the living and dining room you can reach the kitchen and bedroom via the small hallway with wardrobe, mirror and shoe cabinet.
The modern equipped fitted kitchen is fully furnished, both the oven and dishwasher are aligned to a comfortable working height. Coffee maker, kettle, toaster, hand mixer, hand blender and much more as well as an induction cooktop and built-in refrigerator with freshness and ice compartment complete the equipment.
In the cozily furnished bedroom with a wonderfully comfortable king-size bed (180 × 200 cm), a spacious sliding door wardrobe is available.
The bedroom leads to the bathroom with sink, toilet, bidet and shower tub.
All windows and the patio door are equipped with fly screens.

We love peace and nature, we like to sail and swim and occasionally visit old and historical sites.
