Comfy bed for better sleep

The room-darkening shades and extra bedding are loved by guests.
HISTORIC DISTRICT Victorian cottage with Central Heat & AC. Comfortable 2 bedroom/2 ensuite baths (one large oval tub for two-bubble bath provided). Plenty of free parking. Only a one block walk down a scenic path or ride the RED trolley to downtown shops, cafes & spa. Great for couples, girl’s day out escapes, reunions, special occasions, families & those who just want to enjoy a stress free break from your busy lives.
Easy 2 low step access for seniors. Guests love the location & amenities.

The space
This house is the perfect size for one or two couples or a family with 2-3 children. Sleeping mats available for smaller children + sofa is comfy too. (no charge for 2 small children). It’s close enough to walk everywhere yet away from the upper loop & Spring St. noise & traffic. The cottage is furnished as if someone lives there so if you don’t see something you need, just phone me or peek into cabinets.

Guest access
Easy access with only two low rise steps from the sidewalk to the entry porch so good for seniors & anyone who’s had knee or hip surgery. The interior is not good for wheelchair access to the bathrooms yet a walker would work.

Other things to note
The ghost tour is 3 blocks away. Ermilios Restaurant is a 2 block stroll away. Our famous Illusionist show with parking is 4 blocks away. Walmart is 10 miles East & Dollar General is on 62 East. TJMAXX is next to Walmart. Eureka has dozens of interesting boutique shops & galleries.

Hart’s Grocery + the health food stores are across from Mc Donald’s

The dam usually opens the flood gates to release water daily around 2PM & there’s a high cliff observation point to view it all.

All the houses on the street except one were built before 1906. The home owners include a 90+ year old retired doctor & his son, 2 retired couples, 5 dynamic single or widowed women + 3 families with children + the young man in the yellow house has ER experience & is also a performing flame thrower.
