The space
The tiny home has a studio apartment feel. Queen bed, sitting area, kitchen with microwave, stove top, coffee maker, tea kettle. Plates, utensils, glasses, pots and pans and cooking utensils included. Full bathroom with shower. Outdoor porch and propane firepit help our guests enjoy the amazing Colorado sunrise and sunsets.

Our honeymoon in Napa Valley years ago planted the seed of living in wine country. Here we are in Palisade - Colorado's wine country! We love hosting guests on our Cab Franc Vineyard. We love to travel, try new wines, golf & explore outdoors. Our perfect getaway includes a hike, great food and anything water or beach related. The Beach House name is due to our love of water, beaches and Jimmy Buffett. Cheers! John & Carol
