Description

The Space

"Located in Palermo Soho — Buenos Aires’ most vibrant and exciting neighborhood — this luxury 1-bedroom, 1.5 bathroom apartment is just blocks from the Botanical Garden, the Zoo, the grand parks of Palermo, and the city’s leading exhibition center, "La Rural. The famous restaurants, clubs, and shops of Palermo Soho are a short stroll away.

This bi-level 25/26th floor apartment is wonderfully spacious and is flooded with sunlight by day, thanks to its floor-to-ceiling windows looking out across the city.

This penthouse apartment is in an upscale, new building completed in September 2009. The building features 24/7 security, concierge, 5 modern elevators, gym, and private gardens with a 20-meter heated swimming pool. The gym is located on the 31st floor and features the most incredible views of the city while you are working out.

The location can't be beat, with easy access to all public transportation. Just 2 blocks from the apartment, there is a stop on the Metro/subway line “D” that connects Palermo Soho with the downtown area, Recoleta, and Belgrano. Many bus lines also stop nearby, and taxis are available at any hour.

This elegant, ultra-modern apartment is the perfect option for travelers wanting to avoid small, cramped hotel rooms. No expense was spared furnishing this apartment. The furniture is all high-end, custom made for this apartment.

This apartment is perfect for a longer-term stay in Buenos Aires or pampering yourself for just a few short nights. Our company owns and manages several apartments in the same building if you are coming with family or friends or co-workers;and all want to stay in the same building yet have your own privacy.

Guest Access

Pool, Sky Gym, Gardens and Sauna on the 32 floor .

The Neighborhood

If you’re an expat or vacationer spending time in Buenos Aires there’s really no way of avoiding Buenos Aires’ largest barrio (by area), Palermo. Even if you live somewhere else in the city you can guarantee that the vast majority of your expat friends, and probably a good part of your Argentine friends, will live there, and even if they don’t you’ll still want to go there to dine, party and shop.

Getting Around

Taxis and buses abound in Santa Fe Avenue (2 short blocks from the apartment) and the closest metro station is just 250 meters away Plaza Italia station of the D subway line.

Other Things to Note

Please note that, if your arrival at the apartment is after 8 pm there is a late check-in fee of US$ 20 that applies in all cases. This could be paid to our representative at the apartment and we only accept cash payments for this service.
If you expect to arrive early in the day and would like immediate access to your apartment , we recommend booking the apartment for the prior night to guarantee immediate access. Similarly, for late departures, reserving an additional night will guarantee access to your apartment till you depart. If other guests are coming or going on the same day ,check-out from the apt. is 11 am and check-in is 1 pm. I am super flexible with this. If no one needs the apt that day, it is all yours. We will discuss this when you book or check into the apartment.
If you choose not to reserve, I will be glad to store your bags.

The pool in the building is closed from April 15th to November 15th.

Although a German national, I have actually resided outside of my native country for almost half my life. My first ventured abroad to Greece where I worked in guest relations at a premier hotel in Athens. From there I moved to Sydney, Australia where he held an post as personal assistant to a major politician within the Australian Parliament. Soon, with a desire to be more independent, I followed my instincts and in Sydney I opened, managed and ultimately sold, two very successful natural food and juice bars. It was then, in 2007, When I decided to return to a place which I had visited some years before---BUENOS AIRES, ARGENTINA---and now, it is the place I call home!
