Beach and lake views

Soak up the views during your stay.
Spacious and warm cottage, perfect for large families. You're directly on the lake with a huge private beach, a firepit and excellent water quality (no plants or algae, just a nice sandy bottom). Big, modern, fully-equipped kitchen, perfect for cooking together.

The space
The amazingly huge private beach is awesome in the summer time. It's all sandy, no plants, and you can walk out for a while before it gets deep. In the winter, there are lots of cross country ski trails that are in the woods.

Guest access
Beach, wood stove (dry hardwood only please - you can buy bags in many corner stores or buy from me), hiking trails, waterfalls, canoe, wifi.

Other things to note
The dep in the small village Duhamel is good for getting chips and beer and wine but you'll need to drive to Cheneville for real groceries.

It is recommended to have a 4x4 or AWD vehicle - the hill to my place can be difficult, depending on the weather. There can be mud or ice which could get you stuck.

Also, I don't supply beach towels, so that's something you should bring if you want to go swimming!

Neighborhood highlights

So many activities! In winter you can cross country ski or snowshoe. In summer you can canoe and swim. There are many hiking and ski trails around and also a huge waterfall you can hike to!

If you want to hike, there are many beautiful trips in the area.

Cycling: search for "apls" and look for the routes (I can't post the link here, airbnb won't let me)
