About This Listing
This space is completely private and separate from the main residence. It has a king size bed, bathroom with shower, full kitchen, and living area with flat screen and cable. Vaulted ceilings with thick wooden beams give the apartment a spacious feel. The floor is done in a terra cotta Mexican tile; the decor is bright and funky. French doors open to a private courtyard area connected to covered parking. It's located in historic Inglewood/East Nashville. The quiet neighborhood is covered with mature trees and is just one block from the Cumberland River. It feels like you are far from the big city, but in reality, you are minutes from Opry Mills and downtown Nashville. Hip restaurants, coffee shop, pub, and public transit are just blocks away.
Thanks Tiffany and Forrest for letting us stay in your beautiful guest house. We had a perfect time and didn't want to leave!
Forrest was very helpful upon arrival in helping us get settled and finding the entrance to the house.
Loved the record player, great vinyl collection and the guitar. There were a couple of beers and selection of cereal bars waiting for us upon arrival. The kitchen has a great coffee maker. This also had some Earl Grey tea pods which us Brits were pleased to see!
We were able to do some hand washing, as there was an extendable clothes line in the yard and a good iron. This was much needed as we were on a 3 week trip as was the only opportunity we could get some stuff washed. There were plenty of extra toiletries available such some dry shampoo which was a life saver after a 5 hour drive!
Tiffanys restaurant recommendations were also a nice touch. Five points pizza nearby was amazing!
We will be sure to stay here again if we are ever back in the area!
I cant say enough nice things about this place! No detail was overlooked. It's a great location - under $10 Uber to and from Downtown. East Nashville seems to be a very up-and-coming, trendy neighborhood as well. Tons of cute bars, restaurants, etc in a very close vicinity. Really loved the private entrance and patio. Place was just perfect for 2 people. My friend and I were contemplating never leaving!
The Cozy Guesthouse was amazing. It is super adorable and is such a great space for a couple on a getaway.
Before we got into town, Tiffany sent us a list of local restaurants since she knew we were in town to take in the local fare, and she was spot on with her recommendations!
She left the fridge stocked with water and two local beers, the Kurig was supplied with a selection of coffee and teas, and there were breakfast bars on the counter!
We will definitely be back the next time we find ourselves in Nashville!
We loved staying at Tiffany's guesthouse! The bed was beyond comfortable, felt like you were sleeping on a marshmallow cloud! The space is beautifully and thoughtfully decorated and the back patio was a perfect spot to sip morning coffee (also provided). As a bonus prize Tiffany left two delicious local beers at our back door. The location is in a quiet neighborhood about a twenty minute drive from downtown. Highly recommended and would for sure stay here again.
It was a great private place, the bed was very comfortable. While we never met Tiffanie she checked in via text to make sure our needs were meant. She provided us with a list of local restaurants which we took advantage of and they were great. We will not stay anywhere else when visiting Nashville again.
We were welcomed and treated well. Host went out of her way to accommodate us. The room is comfortable, if compact, and the patio is a welcome addition. Kitchen has a full stove, bar fridge, and Keurig: no microwave. The neighbourhood is residential: very quiet and very safe. We had a good stay and pleasant time overall.
