Welcome to Farmhouse805! Our newly renovated 3 bedroom, 2 bath farmhouse is situated on a 20-acre working farm located on San Luis Obispo's Central Coast in the heart of Edna Valley Wine Country. The home has been in our family for over 100 years. It features 1 king bed, 2 queen bedrooms, 2 bathrooms plus a private office with a sleeper sofa. Once you are back from exploring San Luis Obispo & the Central Coast you can step outside and enjoy the ambiance of the brand-new backyard patio.

The space
There are 3 bedrooms, and an office with a sleeper sofa. The house features 2 bathrooms, the first has a historic claw foot tub while the second offers a large modern shower. The back patio includes a fire pit, bbq, and a wonderful space to dine outdoors. The house is surrounded by citrus and fig trees. Enjoy the fruit or juice while in season. Prefer eating in? The house has a fully stocked kitchen and dedicated dining room with table that extends to comfortably seat 8. There is a spacious living area with electric fireplace and 50 inch tv that has various streaming services available. For more convenience, feel free to use the washer and dryer during your stay.

Full house access except for the locked owner closet. Guests can access the driveway and fenced in Patio!

- The home is located on a 20-acre working farm.
- There are beautiful views in every direction.
-Our home is located near an airport and flyover zone, air traffic noise is a regular occurrence. We are also in a no-drone zone.
-Unpaved driveway that offers plenty of parking in both the front and back of the house.
-No unregistered guests allowed without prior approval. A maximum of 16 people including registered guests may be allowed for small gatherings with prior written approval from host.
-No Pets Allowed. If a pet is brought on the property or we find evidence of pets, A $500 fine may be assessed per pet.

Required Checkout Instructions:

• Please make sure all used dishes are either hand washed, dried and put away or loaded into the dishwasher and started.

• Please take garbage and recycling to the appropriate cans behind the house. Trash pick-up is on Thursday. If staying during this period, please pull the cans to the street, and bring them back once empty.

• Please start a load of white towels in the washing machine with one laundry pod & start the load. (This saves us a lot of time and is very appreciated.)

Our home is on a 20-acre farm with various row crops. It is tucked between award-winning wineries in San Luis Obispo and there are various tasting rooms to visit right on our street. There are gorgeous views of the hills and vineyards in every direction, and the color of the sky at sunset can’t be beat.

Located in the heart of Edna, we are a quick 10-minute drive to downtown San Luis Obispo, and just as quickly you can arrive at Pismo Beach. Want to visit a different local beach? Avila is another wonderful option taking just a few minutes more to travel and offering a different scene. The Cal Poly campus is also a great stop and quite convenient as you can reach it in about 15 minutes from the house.
