Everything you need is within walking distance, making this a no-car-needed beach lifestyle where you can enjoy the best of Long Beach with ease. NOTE: street parking only. Narrow Beach Block on West End of Town. 30+ day minimum is required in accordance with local regulations and max capacity is 3 guests and only approved occupants are permitted. This is a quiet residential home, and respect for neighbors is essential. If you are looking for a seamless, walkable live-at-the-beach summer experience, this is your opportunity to enjoy the West End at its best. Ring doorbell and security systems at exterior points and an owner-accessed smart thermostat are installed for security and efficiency—please do not tamper with these devices.
