The space
Our newly renovated house (45m2) has a small but well-equipped kitchen, dining room, living room, toilet and a bedroom. TV, fiber and charging box for the electric car. The house is winterized to suit all seasons.
Two people can live here comfortably, with room for several in the sofa bed or in the guest house (10m2, used from spring to autumn).
There is a sunroom, private garden, wooden deck and fireplace for sunny days and pleasant evenings.

Own house, garden, parking and electric car charger.
Other things to note
The house has old origins. It is low to the ceiling in the kitchen, bedroom and dining room, about 190 cm. Unfortunately, the house is not accessible. Also not suitable for the smallest children. Crib, high chair and changing table are missing.
Firewood can be purchased.
In the garden next to our house, there are horses.
Charging box for charging electric cars for a fee.
