Located in Meyrieux-Trouet, Savoie, between Lake Bourget and Lake Aiguebelette, the cottage can accommodate 2 to 4 people. It has a fully equipped kitchen open to the living room with a sofa bed, a 140 x 200 bed on the mezzanine (access by a miller's ladder). Bathroom with shower, sink and towel dryer. Separate toilet. Swimming pool and petanque court with free access. Our cottage is in the heart of the fields and close to many hiking trails. Monthly rental possible.

The space
Our cottage is basically an old bread oven that we have transformed. We wanted to keep the old-fashioned charm by renovating with modern and warm materials

Guests have access to the entire property including the accommodation and its fenced terrace, swimming pool, petanque court, private parking.

The cleaning fee does not include: emptying the dishwasher, taking out the trash, putting away the dishes if there are any on the sink, emptying and cleaning the fridge, cleaning the oven.
Bed linen, bathroom and kitchen towels are provided.
If you are accompanied by your pet, we ask that you protect the sofa if it climbs on it, do not use the duvets without duvet covers, and vacuum regularly if necessary. We can provide you with extra plaid or towels upon request. Outside the fenced garden and when you move outside the house, dogs will be kept on a leash. They are not allowed around the pool.

The gîte is a vacation spot, but we also rent monthly, for seasonal workers or people on business trips.
