Tucked away in downtown Kerrville's historic garden district, the home is big on charm and space, making it just right for families of all sizes, a group of friends, or anyone out to explore what the Texas Hill Country has to offer.

Important Booking Requirements: The primary guest (person making the reservation) must be at least 25 years of age. A Vacation Rental Agreement must be signed prior to check-in. The agreement will be sent electronically after booking confirmation via our Guest Portal. Check-in instructions and property access details are sent two days prior to arrival and will be withheld until the Vacation Rental Agreement has been signed. Exterior security cameras and decibel/environmental monitoring devices are present on the property.
Guest access
Your keyless entry door codes will be sent 2 days prior to the start of reservation. You will have full private access to almost all of the house (except for a few locked storage spaces).
Other things to note
We ask that you treat this home as you would the home of a good friend or beloved relative.
No parties or events. No pets. No smoking/vaping.
You must be 25 years or older to rent this property. Per city requirements, maximum occupancy is 10 guests in the home and 4 vehicles parked off-street and in the driveway. Please come and have a nice time, but be aware that behavior that is disrespectful or disruptive will result in forfeiting the remainder of your stay. No illegal substances allowed on the property. Valid issued government ID must be presented upon request.

Our rates help to cover the costs of providing a living wage to those wonderful folks who help clean and prepare the home, yard, and the hot tub for your arrival.
Please make note of our cancellation policy. We strongly encourage the use of travel insurance when you book a trip.
