You will need to fill out a rental application upon booking the home that lists all guests staying at the home.

We may require further guest verification upon booking. This would include the main guest on the reservation providing personal contact information, a photo of their ID and a selfie with the ID.

Early Check In/Late Check Out:
If you're interested in upgrading your stay to check in early or check out late, please ask us 48 hours in advance of your arrival. We will not be able to confirm this any sooner. We do our absolute best to accommodate when possible as it is solely based on our current availability and the cleaning schedule. It costs $50 to upgrade your stay for each option. Early check in starts at 12pm and late check out goes until 2pm.

Please use the Bear Creek Lakes Community badges while using amenities (10 amenity badges). Vehicles will be given 1 car pass.

Trash disposal will be handled by our trash hauling service twice a week. We request no trash is left outside to avoid attracting unwanted campers!

There will be no refunds or change in dates for weather-related (especially snow) issues. Please purchase travel insurance to protect your trip at the time of booking as the Poconos is very prone to winter snow storms.

For infants, we provide additional items to help create a relaxing experience for parents:
- Highchair that clips onto the chair
- Pack n Play with clean washable cover, fitted sheets, and mattress
- Bumbo chair
- Mamaroo swing with infant insert
- Fisher Price infant-to-toddler rocker
