A very magical place we call home. Nestled in the middle of 20 acres of established walnut trees, lies your new favorite getaway! You can simply sit back and chill in the beautiful Orchard House or come outside and enjoy the patio/pool/barbecue/ fire pit and spa. One of the bedrooms listed is upstairs in a gaming tower, filled with entertainment options!! Also if you love animals as much as we do, you can help feed our furry and feathered friends .Either way....Prepare to fall in love!

The space
The Master Bedroom has a queen pillow top bed , a childs conversion chair/bed, wardrobe, smart TV system, AC , two fans, black out curtains and double windows looking into the orchard.

The second room is called the Bunk House and is a very small room with a super comfy bunk bed, two black out drapes and two fans.

Third room is upstairs and serves the child in all of us offering a 75 inch smart TV with surround sound and a couple gaming systems and a huge super chill style sectional couch! Can sleep 1 adult and one child or two children/ teens.

Main front room has a queen pillow top sofa/sleeper and a childs mini love seat conversion bed.
There is also a game cabinet and an area filled with toys and books for the kids.

Bathroom has laundry center and tub/shower.

Kitchen is fully stocked and has full access cooking, fridge, microwave toaster oven, coffee/tea bar and an overhead smart TV.

Guest access
The Orchard House is at the back of the property and very private. When you arrive I have my guests let me know that they are here and then we load the golf cart and then give you a ride to your place. At this time I give a quick property tour of the farm as well :-)

Other things to note
We do 9:30 am animal feeding, bottle feeding the baby goats and full size goats, feeding Gordy the very large and always hungry pig, going into Hopps Hotel and taking care of all the needs of the bunnies and rabbits, egg gathering along with letting the chickens out of the coop to be free birds for a while. Let us know if you or your loved ones want to be a part of this.

You are welcome to bring your dog to the Orchard House, however there is a fee.

Also, our property does have a pizza oven on it, however, it is not listed as one of the usable amenities. Once in a while on a weekend when Michael is home, he can help with using the oven if his schedule is available.

If you have a few days to come and be at the farm, we find that a lot of guests use our place as home base and do day trips to Yosemite, San Francisco, Calaveras Big Trees and many of the beach towns from Monterey to Santa Cruz.

Also, we are excited to announce the we now have the availability to heat the pool in the off season for a fee. Please let us know if this is an interest for you! We ask that our guests let us know at least three days before coming that they are interested in using the pool. This applies to the off season time from November until April. Typically May through October the pool does not need to be heated:-)
