Offering a fully equipped kitchen, a large bedroom with an en-suite and a homely living space. Off street parking, guest patio and garden.

We are surrounded by beautiful walks including the river Coquet and the breathtaking beaches. A stones throw away from Warkworth castle where you will stumble among the local pubs, cafes and restaurants.

The space
The Hogglet is all yours with your own private lounge/dining area including a smart TV with complimentary Netflix.

Fully fitted kitchen including fridge, small freezer, oven, hob and dishwasher - and even a Nespresso coffee machine!

Kingsize bedroom with en-suite, with all the essentials that you may have forgotten, including robes and slippers.

You have your own private parking space right outside your front door, so it’s extra easy to get your luggage in and out. It’s all ground floor too meaning it’s easy access with only 1 step at your front door.

Enjoy your private patio area and garden for your morning coffee or evening beverage, this is located at the front of the house, around the corner.
