Interaction with Guests
My guests are always personaly took in, by myself or by a friend of mine if I am not there. So, they can ask any questions and receive all information they need.
I am always flexible with timetables and always try to receive people when they arrive in town (except in cases when the cleaning is done between 12 and 14 h. In these cases, people can let their luggage and take the keys in advance).
I also let a list of my favourite tips (bars and restaurants).
1.This aera is charming, with some trees along the kays and swans (or boats, never at the same time!) on the water, a sort of a little place of nature so close of the city center! Houses and buildings are ancient (XVIII and XIXe centuries) and very well maintained.
2. It's very practicle because of the proximity of shops, bars and restaurants of the center and the Faubourg de pierre.
3. And it's quiet because cars are not allowed in the narrow street where the studio is located.
Tram stations B,C,F, at 4 min by feet, (email hidden).
Central (email hidden) by feet.
Easy parking. Cathedral: 5 mn by feet. Petite France: 10 mn. European aera: 20 mn by feet.
Parking along the kays at 200 m: 1,80 €/h (free between 12 h et 14 h, nights and Sundays)
Covered parking at 100 m Opera-Broglie (23 €/day).
Other Things to Note
For the checking out: just lock the green door and let the keys in the lock of the door, and pull the big entrance door. Please, have some little clear out in the studio before leaving: thanks!
Please, open the window of the bathroom after taking a shower (to refresh the air).
Animals are not allowed and smoking in the studio is not permitted.
I spent two lovely days in Strasbourg. The flat was really sweet and looked like the photos, very clean as well. Its location is great, walking distance to most places in the centre as well as being near shops and the tram. Anne was very welcoming and helpful. Would recommend!
Everything perfect as last time. The studio is tidy, clean and quiet. Anne is a very friendly and helpful host. I certainly recommend this accomodation.
Anne's studio was a great place to stay during my first trip to Strasbourg. It was clean and very well located, within walking distance of all of the main attractions. Anne was responsive and welcoming, and took time upon my arrival to point out some of her favorite restaurants and must-sees in the area. Strasbourg is a beautiful city and I hope to visit again. Thanks, Anne!
Ann was a lovely host and made every effort to make sure I would be comfortable in the flat. The flat itself was beautifully kept, always warm and a very comfortable bed. Perfect location for being close to the town centre and being located on a quai meant that navigation of the city was so much easier. Thank you Ann.
The flat is really cosy and well located! It's just a pair of steps away from the centre of the city. Also there is one of the Monoprix supermarkets where you can get food to prepare by yourself. The flat has almost everything you may need. There is an electric kettle, microwave, toaster, fan. The one thing you should bare in mind when living there is a boiler. Just one should remember that hot water is not endless. That didn't bother us anyway.
Needless to say that Anne is a very responsive person. It was such a pleasure for us to communicate to her!
We had a great time in Strasbourg! Definitely will return!
Je vis à Strasbourg depuis une vingtaine d'années, entrecoupées d'années passées dans d'autres villes pour mes études, et je suis curieuse des gens: j'aime les rencontrer.
