The Bird's Nest Loft is located in the historic Canton Laundry building. Built in 1890, it began its 70 year history as a laundry in 1935. FULLY RENOVATED with all the comforts of home...plus a few more! Includes a private master bedroom, a separate sleeping loft space, a dedicated workspace, private outdoor areas, and PARKING IS INCLUDED. Located just blocks away from walking & bike trails, kayak rentals, Embassy Theatre, Botanical Conservatory, coffee shops, bars, and many amazing eateries!

The space
Located above the cutest local bakery...be sure to stop into Good Bread for some tasty treats! There is also a coffee and bagel shop on the block, a cupcake shop, and a super cool stained glass studio!

I am a Fort Wayne native and have lived here most of my life. My family owns the local roller rink and many other small businesses in the area.
