The space
King Bedrooms
The suite features two spacious bedrooms, each with a king-size bed and brand-new memory foam mattress for ultimate comfort. Both rooms include nightstands, dressers, and 55″ smart TVs, and are decorated in a modern, minimalist style designed to create a calm and restful atmosphere.
Full Kitchen & Dining Room
Enjoy a fully equipped kitchen with everything you need to prepare home-cooked meals — including cookware, bakeware, and utensils. The large dining area features elegant granite tables and solid wood chairs, providing a warm and inviting space to gather, share meals, and make memories.
The Sunroom
Bathed in natural light, the sunroom captures the warmth of the day and provides a bright, cozy space for reading, napping, or simply relaxing. It’s also a lovely spot to enjoy a morning coffee or unwind after a day of adventure.
Northern Lights Viewing
Thanks to the dark, unpolluted skies of the Yukon wilderness, this suite offers incredible opportunities to view the Northern Lights. They can often be seen through the picture windows or even from the main bedroom.

Eclipse Nordic Hot Springs
Your stay includes discounted entry vouchers for all guests at the beautiful Eclipse Nordic Hot Springs, open 7 days a week. Guests must be 19 years or older, and no reservation is required for resort suite guests.
Please note that by booking, you acknowledge that refunds cannot be provided if the hot springs are closed during your stay. Eclipse Nordic Hot Springs is an independent business, and while we maintain close communication, we are not responsible for their operations or policies. We always strive to notify guests of any unforeseen closures or updates as soon as possible.

Free on-site parking with plug-in available.
Trail network accessible directly from the property, including groomed ski trails in winter.
Two kicksleds available for guest use in winter (shared between two units). Please return them to their designated spot after use.
Two bicycles available in summer for exploring the beautiful Yukon surroundings.
The Yukon Wildlife Preserve is less than a 20-minute walk away — a must-visit attraction where you can experience 12+ iconic Yukon species in expansive, natural habitats spanning over 350 acres.
Explore the 5 km / 3 mi loop on foot for an immersive experience or join a guided bus tour to learn more about the animals and their environment. Open year-round, the preserve offers the chance to witness Yukon wildlife in their true element — from roaming muskox and moose to majestic lynx and mountain goats.
Guest access
Guests will have a private entry, through a contact-less coded door. Full, exclusive use of the entire unit: bedrooms, kitchen, lounge, two bathrooms, bath, sunroom. The laundry is in a shared space outside the apartment but provided free of charge.
