Lata is a wonderful hostess. She is very relaxed and my boyfriend and I had a lovely stay in this easygoing neighborhood. Lata is welcoming and we would stay there again. We found Lata to be accomadating with an appropriate notice of course.
Loved the windy mountain road up to Lata's place, where it was nestled on a hill with a deck on the second level overlooking the green Hillcountry.
Just what I had in mind.
I absolutely loved Lata's neighbourhood and her home. The lake is absolutely beautiful and the neighbours were friendly. Lata was very accommodating, communication was excellent. I got the opportunity to meet her and she was very helpful, conversational without being overly chatty. The view from her cottage was absolutely gorgeous. Although it is not extremely far from downtown you feel as if you are leagues away. I would definitely recommend her listing and will surely come visit again.
Staying with Lata was great. The neighborhood was nice and I definitely felt welcome. I would stay with her again.
Lata was very accomadating and friendly. Her home was perfect for a quiet stay in a a great atmosphere. We pulled up to a dear hanging out in her front yard no more than 20ft from us. We counted 6 on her street alone. Having a drink on the balcony overlooking Austin is a must. I would've loved to spend more time here if we didnt have to keep trecking on our roadtrip.
Lata made us feel very welcome and the neighborhood was very peaceful with a lot of wildlife surrounding us. She was so welcoming and showed us everything around the house that we could hang out at. Her deck was amazing and so peaceful so we hung out on there early one morning to watch the sun rise. It was a warm night and she was also very accommodating and offered to turn the AC on for us that evening. She also provided toiletries and towels which was helpful. She got our futon bed ready for our arrival.
Lata made us feel very comfortable and there were no problems at all. It is a nice cottage in an amazing location. We had privacy the whole time. It is definitely worth the trip.
