J & J Island is located just a short walk from the seashore and minutes away from Seogwipo City. Enjoy an after dinner stroll and the wonderful scenery of Jeju's coastline or simply sit at our new garden and enjoy life’s moments. J&J Island is a convenient and restful retreat from city life.

The space
J & J Island is a small, cozy two story, one bedroom cottage. There are full kitchen facilities and a bathroom on the first floor. The second floor has a foyer, bedroom with a spacious queen size bed and patio.

Guest access
In addition to the vacation House there is a private yard with a picnic table and a wooden swing. Feel free to relax, smell the citrus grove behind the house, and watch our garden grow.

Other things to note
J & J Island is especially suitable for couples. There is an outdoor barbecue available for guests staying two nights or more. If you are interested in using the barbecue please let us know in advance. We are located in a quiet rural community. Please respect our neighbours. This is not the place for loud, late night parties.

J & J Island is located a little east of Seogwipo City, near the Olle Walking Trail 6. It is a ten minute walk to the seaside, famous for its natural beauty. We are also close to the city centre, so you can walk to the Seogwipo on foot or take the nearby bus. There are many famous sightseeing spots nearby.

Hello, and welcome to J & J Island (that's Jeff & Jo :-). We are a multi-cultural family; I am Korean, my husband is Californian. I have had over 20 years of experience teaching English. My husband is a retired Aeronautical Engineer and is quite familiar with the "ins and outs" of traveling abroad. We hope to provide a simple and comfortable place for foreign visitors to stay (and yes, even Koreans ^_^) and maybe make friendships along the way. We are here to try and answer any questions you may have and help with your trip to our island home so that you have an enjoyable experience. First of all, thank you for your interest in our J&J Island. We opened this guesthouse to catch a new site in a place with a view of the sea with a beautiful island, and to share small stories with people from many countries. My husband (Jeff) is an ordinary American who enjoys listening to music very much and is a retirement life here in Jeju after working in the United States, and I am an ordinary housewife who has been quietly enjoying life in the countryside with my husband after 25 years of teaching English to children. They both love to walk, so they also walk in and out of the beautiful coastal scenery with their guests. It was a small house, but it was equipped so that there was no inconvenience in staying. We also prepared a space where you can share photos of all of Jeju, music, and fresh coffee.... for always happy days ^ ^
