Comfortable, conveniently located 4 bed/2 bath NO Smoking home/property. W/D, dishwasher, propane gas grill and fire pit/benches. Safe 5-minute walk across pedestrian bridge to downtown Fayetteville. 1.7 miles to NRG Bridge. Cozy furnishings, fully equipped kitchen, two full bathrooms. Patios, fenced-in yard. Central heat/air. High speed internet with Wi-Fi, 65" Roku TV, DVD player/movies, board games, books, toys, pack-n-play, highchair, stroller.

The space
Three bedrooms have one full-size bed each, a dresser and closet. Master Bedroom has a queen-size bed and an attached private bath. Freshly laundered sheets and bath towels. Property thoroughly cleaned before each new guest arrival. Ring Cam System monitors front two entrances and pool area for safety and security.

Guests have full access to house and property.

Check out: Before/By 10:00 am. Housekeeper arrives promptly at 10:00 am.
Request for early check in/late checkout may be considered. If available, a $25 per hour fee for each hour requested will be charged. Two hours maximum.
Pool: Contact us for a stay in May or September for pool opening/closing status.
NO guests other than those on reservation.
NO events or parties.
NO smoke/vape/tobacco: Damage/odor = fined $500 fee charged.
Other damages. Treat all linens and towels with care. Any items that are damaged or stained beyond normal use will need to be replaced and the cost will be charged accordingly.
NO pets: If a pet is not removed, guest will be asked to leave = no refund; fined $100 fee charged.
Lost key: $25 replacement fee charged.
Guest locks themselves out: $50 service call fee charged.
DO NOT tamper with/unplug security cameras = fined $150 per camera fee changed.
