The house is located in the pines, it is totally independent and reserved for our guests as well as the small garden and parking. It is 2 km from the village of St Marcel d 'Ardèche, a land of art and history :
Villages of the Middle Ages, crocodile farm, Gorges de l 'Ardèche, Caverne du Pont d 'Arc or Chauvet cave or Viarhôna.
Not far from Orange, Avignon, Vaison-la-Romaine , Pont du Gard or Nimes.
We are very close to many festivals.

The space
The house is bright and inserted in a vegetal setting. It is functionally designed, open to the garden areas surrounding it and completely independent. It is on a wooded lot, of more than one hectare.

In my neighborhood I love nature and trees and especially squirrels as well as deer and birds but they are stealthy and we do not always see them.
In our region there are also lots of fruit trees and it's a treat to go directly to the growers.
We are also lucky to have olives and lavender that beautify our landscapes and are a real treat for the eyes. Together with the vine, they are an important crop.
