The space
This home has one bedroom with a private bathroom and kitchenette downstairs on the main/entry level.

Upstairs you'll find the second bedroom and bath, laundry room, full-size kitchen, living/dining area and sofa bed. Access to the back deck is also upstairs off the main living area, and is perfect for relaxing after a long day.

This 2-bedroom home can be divided into two private one bedroom units with their own microwave and fridge (full kitchen upstairs), bath, and bedroom. The larger, upstairs unit opens onto a private deck.
