Enjoy a peaceful, quiet Vacation, Business trip or a local getaway in this unique architectural A-Frame retreat. This private home is set back from the street on a secluded wooded lot. One block from Matthew's Beach & playground and Burke-Gillman biking/jogging trail. This bright, light filled home is full of bold color choices and eclectic furnishings. Lego themed kitchen comes with a Lego search and find activity along with games, puzzles & cards.

The space
This A-frame Architectural home is set back in a wooded lot. With an outdoor eating space.

Enough free parking for three cars.

The interior has 4 Bedrooms, an office area off of the kitchen and 2.5 bathrooms

The Master bedroom (blue room) has a queen size memory foam mattress, a closet with hangers and an en suite bathroom.
The 2nd bedroom (yellow room) has a queen size memory foam mattress, a dresser and hangers.
The 3rd bedroom (black/white room) has a queen size memory foam mattress and a closet with hangers.
The 4th bedroom (red room) is the Loft. It has a full/double memory foam mattress, and hangers.

The main floor is an open plan space looking out onto the views and up into a vaulted ceiling. The open stairwell is a beautiful architectural feature. For safety purposes, please use the handrail while going up and down the stairs. Children will need assistance on the stairs.

Other things to note
- The house is shoe-free and non-smoking. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.

- We believe our home to be child and family-friendly but the home is not child-proofed. Please do not leave children unattended.

Guest access
Guests have access to plenty of parking, a large wooded lot, one block to Burke Gillman walking/biking/jogging trail, one and half blocks to Matthew's beach/playground, and two blocks from a bus line that connects to destinations throughout Seattle.

Please observe the following house rules.

Our neighbood is a residential street with lovely neighbors and we respectfully require that quiet hours be observed from 9pm to 5am.

The house is shoe-free and non-smoking. Unfortunately, pets are not allowed.
