-Bedrooms-
The property has 3 beautifully designed bedrooms. There is one king bed and two queens, all outfitted with extremely soft Nollapelli sheets so you can get a better night sleep than at home! The king bedroom has stunning floor-to-ceiling windows and a walk-in closet, while the two queen beds have their own balcony. If you need the extra space, we have a luxurious cloud couch that pulls out in the living area.
There is also a baby crib available, which can be set up upon request.
-Kitchen-
The kitchen is fully outfitted for all of your cooking needs – with a Nespresso coffee maker (pods included), cooking basics (oil, salt/pepper), top-grade cookware, appliances like a toaster and a blender, and dishwasher.
-Workstations-
The property has super fast WiFi (typically 300+ mbps) and four amazing state-of-the-art workstations, one of which is a full office. Each are complete with a 38” monitor, 4K camera, high-quality microphone and ergonomic desk chair. WiFi also extends outside if you want to work outdoors!
-Fitness Center-
The private fitness center is fully available for use with a Peloton, treadmill, Ergatta rower, weight rack, and an infrared sauna. There are also dozens of great hiking/biking trails nearby.
-Living Space-
There are two living areas with couches, Sonos speakers and smart TVs so you can stream your favorite shows or movies. The upper level has a wood-burning stove, while the lower level has a comfortable cloud couch that converts into a pull-out bed. We also have a record player if you want to bring some of your favorite vinyls with you!
-Outdoors-
The outdoor area is expansive and magical. The pool is fenced in and heated with lounge chairs and umbrellas – it is generally open from May through September, but dates may fluctuate based on weather. We have several deck areas, which include an outdoor dining table with grill and various seating areas.
-Bathrooms-
The home has three full bathrooms and a half bath. We provide luxury bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, body wash), premium towels and robes, and even a Dyson hair dryer so you don’t have to pack your own! The primary bathroom is gorgeous with emerald green ceramic tiling, dual sinks and even dual showerheads.

We want you to feel at home and have a restful, stress-free stay. There is no to-do list when you check-out. Just take your things and go!
Cell reception in the Hudson Valley region can be limited. Be sure to download/save the address, WiFi and entrance details that we provide in advance. Once you connect to the WiFi, it stretches across the property.
We welcome your children but you are solely responsible for their safety, especially with the pool. If you have a special request for your child (crib, high-chair, car seat, kid-friendly flatware) let us know.
We are constantly making improvements to the smart home controls. You do not have to stress about getting locked out or being unable to turn on the lights should they malfunction, as there is an easy, manual work around for all.
No smoking or vaping inside. Open flames including candles are also prohibited. Exceptions are birthday candles or fire in a designated fire pit or fireplace
PET FEE AND POLICY
Our pet fee is $350 per stay (charged at check-out) and covers up to 2 dogs with a combined maximum weight of 100 lbs. The fee goes directly to the cleaner for the additional work required after a pet stay. Pets are strictly prohibited on beds, indoor or outdoor furniture, and in spa facilities.
WILDFIRE WARNING
Due to ongoing dry weather, several local towns usually implement a burn ban from mid-March to mid-May. Please remain FIRE AWARE, as gusty winds and extremely dry conditions pose a heightened risk.
When an active burn ban is in place, we recommend refraining from any outdoor burning until conditions improve with anticipated rain.
WILDLIFE WARNING
Bear season runs from July to mid-November, so you might encounter bears roaming around the property. Please exercise caution and follow our guidelines for food and trash disposal.
Wasps are active during the spring in this area. As part of their natural nesting cycle, they may be observed scouting deck railings, eaves, and other sheltered structures. To avoid attracting them, please don't leave food and drinks outdoors, and dispose of trash properly.
PRIVACY
Please note that there are no blackout shades in the primary suite, so some light may come through in the early morning from the windows and glass door.
POOL
The pool is available from mid-April to October. There is a $150/day fee for pool heating at this home. Please let us know at least 72 hours before your arrival if you want the pool heated during your stay between the months mentioned.
Once the heating fee has been settled, the pool will be set to an auto-non-adjustable 77-82°F degrees to avoid bacterial growth. Dogs are strictly prohibited from being in the pool to avoid damage to the filters and maintain cleanliness.
Note: Pool service is scheduled every Wednesday at Wander Hudson Valley. While we aim to minimize any inconvenience, please be aware that the service team may need to access the pool area briefly during your stay.
Hot tub
The hot tub at Wander Hudson Valley is currently unavailable, although it may still appear in some older guest reviews and portions of the house tour content. We want to make sure you have the most accurate expectations for your stay, and we’re happy to answer any other questions about the home.
NO SMOKING
Smoking is strictly prohibited both inside and outside the home. A fine of $1,000 will be applied to any guest found violating this policy.
