Bavon is a private beach community on New Point Comfort in Mathew’s County, VA. Enjoy a white sand beach preserved by break waters that create perfect swimming coves for all ages. A short walk along the nature preserve brings you to a historic lighthouse, which can also be admired from the overlook pier. This vacation spot is loved by all beach goers, nature enthusiasts, and serenity seekers. Let your worries melt away and settle into the Bavon experience at this very well appointed cottage.

The space
Inside, you’ll feel right at home. The kitchen opens into a large vaulted family room. Prepare a home cooked meal or order in, then gather at the dining room table or even eat out on the large screened porch.

Unwind in one of the spacious bedrooms which provide enough space to comfortably sleep 6 adults and four children . All four bedrooms have queen beds with two additional twin beds in the large upstairs loft. You will have plenty of storage for your personal belongings and access to a laundry room for extended stays. In order to prioritize everyone’s health, there are no linens provided. Otherwise, the home is stocked with all the amenities to make your stay effortless. There are two full baths, a half bath as well as an outdoor shower to make it easy for everyone to refresh after enjoying long days at the beach.

To compliment your beach adventures, we offer loungers and umbrellas, as well as 2 adult and 4 child-sized kayaks. There are many different life jacket sizes and other safety necessities posted on the beach and inside the home to make outdoor play effortless and stress free.

Guests that book Bavon Cottage must be at least 21 years of age and be highly rated by other Air BnB hosts. Additional charges will be incurred if checking in before 3pm or checking out after 11am. Please reach out to the hosts for more information.
